Our Parish Life section is filled with people in our parish that help the parish function. From our Pastoral Council to our actual Parish Life Committee these groups help us to be a better parish. In this section you can read a little bit about the various committees and how to contact them. Click on group to go directly to their section. Our Parish Council meets on the third Monday of the month at 7:30 pm. This group advises the pastor about the ministries of our Church. If you have a concern or a great idea contact our current chair person Larry Gallus at 320-743-2507

Finance Committee
The Finance committee monitors the financial well being of the parish in concert with the Parish Council. It furnishes reports to the pastor, the council and the Diocese. The Finance Committee meets jointly with the Parish Council the parish financial report and as needed. The Contact person is Gerry Holthaus at 320-743-3544
Parish Life Committee
The Parish Life Committee will act as an umbrella of all organizations in our Parih. Parish Life will organize parish functions in cooperation with existing organizations. Meetings will be called as needed. Currently Parish Life guides the following groups or activities: Donut Sunday, Pancake Breakfast, Fall Harvest Supper, and other social gatherings.  The Contact people are Linda Nordang 320-261-4368 and Bonnie Wesenberg 320-743-3394
Social ConcernsThe Social Concers committee provides friendly home visits. They provide communion for the homebound and sick, and Parish Nurses. Contact: Steve Engels 320-251-3782Christian Mothers/Women
The Christian Mothers/Women organization has been in existance for over 100 years. The goal of Christian Mothers/Women has been to bring women together to combine their strengths, share their knowledge and unite their prayers.  This Organization sponsors Masses, prays for deceased members, sponors garage sales, bake sales. We invite speakers in for enrichment. New members are always welcome. Bonnie Wesenberg is the contact at 320-743-3394

Guild Groups
When new parishioners register to join St. Marcus Parish they are put into a Guild Group. The purpose of the Guild Group is to help with the work projects of the parish, which are: funerals dinners and coffee and donut Sunday. Joan Peterson is the contact person for Funeral Dinners and Donut Sunday 320-743-2027
Prayer Line
The St. Marcus Prayer Line meets on the first and third Thursday of each month. The group meets to pray for the needs of families, friends, and community. Someone calling for prayers in time of crisis or emergencies can call and ask for prayer. Our contact is Doris Goenner 320-743-2442
